loI have been a very very busy girl this week. There have been tons of gridwide hunts going on SL, and because I'm part of a few fashion groups I've been hearing about all of them. I've also been participating in ALL of them as they become available to me.
So far, the items have been wonderful.I can't even list all the stuff I've gotten. It really sucks that I wasn't able to tell everyone about the Little Britain Sim Hunt soon enough, I was too busy with RL and trying to find the items myself. I apologize for that. I will however tell you that there are several others going on. I just finished the Keys To The VIP Hunt, 50 keys in total to look for (http://keystotheviphunt.blogspot.com/), and the items are absolutely awesome. You do have to pay for the VIP pass to be able to click on and get the keys, but it's worth the $250L. Definitely some great stores, so hop on that one.This hunt started May 8th, 2009 and ends on May 22nd, 2009.
I'm still working on the Twisted and Spoiled hunt, but so far the items are beautiful so get on this one too. You're searching for diamonds, and the store owner was even nice enough to give you an example of the diamond you're looking for. This hunt began May 9th and ends on May 17th, so hurry hurry!!
I just NOW found out about two other hunts, The Scarlet Letter Hunt (which began on April 18th and ends on May 18th), so I'm going to be rushing to get to that one. There's also the Pink Diamond Hunt (Began on May 4th and also ends on May 18th). The Scarlet Letter Hunt I will admit, I know nothing about but I'm excited to find out. Hopping on this one ASAP. The Pink Diamond hunt has 26 items from what I've read on the notecard, it sounds like it'll be hella fun.
There's one more hunt I've read about, it's called the Through The Looking Glass Hunt. It begins on May 25th and ends on July 4th. That's a long ass time and I'm super happy about that! If you need anymore info about this particular hunt, pay attention there may be info signs at your favorite places to shop. You can also IM me for the notecard.
In other news...
I have joined many many groups within the past month (Midnight Mania, Fashion-R-Us, Lucky Chair Stalkers, SL Discovery, and Sexy Shoppers). Some I like, some I don't. I won't say which cuz that would be rude of me, but I will say this...you like freebies, new releases, or dollarbies, these groups DEFINITELY let you know who's releasing what. I've found lots of good shit through them.
A word of advice, if your groups are full...save the 25 group spaces for places that don't have subscribe-o-matics and groups like I listed above. MOST places have a subscribe-o-matice. You may not get group gifts, but you do get the info you want and sometimes they will give gifts through the suscribe-o-matic.
LadyAnjile will be part of an event on saturday! I'm the resident DJ at a place called Arcadium. They've remodeled the arcade and the club. For the first time since it's been remodeled the club will be opening! Theme is Most Colorful after yours truly, The Rainbow DJ. There will be prizes, as well as lucky chairs, a linden giver, and there is even a freebie giver. I love the Arcadium because they don't treat you like customers, they treat you like family and it's a wonderful place if you want to just hang out and relax. lol I have to plug my fan group...please please please join cuz the more I DJ the more I want people to know and the more I want them to enjoy themselves at Arcadium.
